Mantra for the month is gratitude. How many times do we only appreciate something when we lose it---our health, a home, a loved one. I encourage you to stop, take a breath and really appreciate all that you have and all that you have experienced. As our lives are always filled with the ups and downs, the planned and the unexpected, remember to be present so that you are not always running to something or hiding in the past, but really living in the moment with grace and gratitude and now that is living.
